If other provinces, removed the Zero “0″ of the area code of any province or city. Example: +63 46 1234567…that means (Philippines which is +63) (Cavite Area Code which is 046) (landline number 1234567) so to call, dial: +63 46 1234567.

Therefore when calling any cell number here in the Philippines, you also remove the Zero “0″ to the first prefix of cell numbers. Example: 0921 1234567. It must be +63 921 1234567

Remember: (Country code) (Area Code) (landline number/cell number) but removed the Zero to area code and also the first prefix number of cell numbers which also started to Zero (0). Hope this will help. Good day to all!
