i am trying to sms a friend cell number in philipines with 999 prefix from canada
i use 011 63 999 xxx xxxx to send it
what do they need to do to reply from that cell?
They also have an alternate # which has the 922 prefix.
I saw an earlier comment that 999 is not philipines but it was ok as a local call when i was there last week
